As 2019 draws to a close and the Christmas festivities begin, we also celebrate another successful year for Embrace Digital; where team development and technical innovation have powered growth & success, exceeding ambitious targets.
We're delighted with our growth over the past year; we have secured a strong number of new customers and we continue to retain existing clients, supporting them to meet their goals. In line with this growth, the team has increased with new additions in technical delivery, project management, customer services and marketing, all bringing their expertise and fresh ideas whilst building greater bandwidth and resilience into the company.
Testimony to the high standards and diligence of the team, we successfully retained our ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications. The team works very hard to ensure that the principles of these standards are underpinned in all aspects of our work, with excellent customer service being the focus of everything we do.
A highlight of the year has to be our Intelligent Automation Seminar held at Old Trafford. The event was a huge success and we received fantastic feedback from delegates. We are incredibly grateful to Darren Hall, Operations Director at Countrywide Conveyancing Services and Tim Coackley, Finance Reporting & Processes at HSS Hire for speaking at the event and sharing their experiences and future plans.
We’ve continued to work closely with our partners to deliver the very best in the latest technologies. Alongside a comprehensive list of product trainings and certifications, we have also witnessed the launch of new technologies and provided feedback on behalf of customers at several partner events.
It has also been a great pleasure to witness the success of our customers throughout this year, whether it be through heightened rankings and customer feedback scores, or the high number of awards received this season.
We look forward to welcoming the New Year and all the opportunity this brings. We continue to have ambitious yet realistic plans for the future and will be expanding our client base and increasing our team to support this.
We’ll continue to invest in the talented individuals who make up our team, increasing their product knowledge and supporting them through product qualifications and certifications. Our unrivalled experience, investment in new talent, and close working with technology partners fuels our ongoing commitment to create highly innovative technical solutions for our customers and we’re excited about the projects the New Year will bring.
As we grow, we recognise the need to continually improve and enhance our processes and procedures to ensure efficient delivery and to maintain the standards that have set us apart up to this point. In addition to retaining our ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications, we hope to add further certifications that will demonstrate our commitment to investment in our staff and our customer service
