You may have noticed that we look a little different, and those eagled eyed ones of you may be wondering why.
We have recently gone through a brand refresh after a period of reflection. We want to share what that means for you, reassure you that we haven’t changed and that you can still rest easy in the knowledge that our commitment to making technology feel simple and reliable is still as strong as ever.
Why did we decide to evolve the Embrace Digital brand?
We have always been and will always continue to be proud of the work we do for our clients and the positive relationships that we have forged. This year has been no different, but it has also provided an opportunity for a period of reflection.
Whilst our mission, service delivery and processes will remain as they are, we have taken the time to reflect on our purpose. Why we do what we do. What we can do to be even better. How we can communicate our values to both existing and potential clients.
This has been a very productive and eye-opening experience for us, and has thrown many important considerations our way. One of which was to rethink our brand. Not completely, but to allow it to reflect the ever-evolving nature of both the business itself and the tech landscape as a whole.
What does it mean for you?
Embrace Digital is still the machine for boosting efficiency, smoothing out processes, reducing errors and making life easier for your business.
We will continue to do what we do best: solving your problems.
What our elevated look and feel does is provide an additional level of comfort. We not only talk the talk, but we walk the walk. We embrace technology, innovation and change where it is necessary, and our brand evolution has shown just that.
You will also likely see our communication style change somewhat. We want to include you, our clients and partners, in our journey. We will be sharing more insights, educational pieces, helpful guides and tips to share our passion with those who make it possible for us to do what we love every single day.
Has anything else changed?
Our website. We couldn’t go through a brand refresh without reflecting this on our website. We have also made it easier to navigate and interact with, and will be publishing more engaging and useful content for you to get your teeth into.
Our ways of communicating will also be changing – in terms of our presence on LinkedIn, how we speak on our website, and the content that we share. Don’t worry though, as always we are always on the other end of the phone or computer screen ready to chat.
