Whether you are just looking for a good understanding of the functional and technical components, or you want full system ownership and configurational control moving forward, we can provide you the training and tools you need to make this possible.

As part of our delivery cycle, we deliver functional end user walkthroughs and a technical overview for your IT team, to enable you to provide first line support.

For our customers who want a more in-depth ability to update and enhance the system, standard product training is supplemented with knowledge handover and configuration training, enabling you to work towards your goals.

The Process ...

Step One

We work with you to understand the level of ownership you want, define the level of training you need and propose a suitable approach.

Step Two

For standard user walkthroughs and technical overviews, we schedule convenient times to carry these out with the nominated members of your team. For user training, we recommend a ‘train the trainer’ approach, training a small number of ‘super-users’ who can in turn train other members of your team.

Step Three

For product specific training, we work with you to construct an approach that works for the level of technical knowledge your attendees have and what you want to achieve. Our professional services team remain available post-training to bring real-world experience to your new found skills.

Step Four

We continue to keep in touch with you post implementation and training, to review how system use and the training is working and whether any further follow up is needed.
