Post-delivery, our delivery team will run through your system with our support team to ensure a good understanding of all components and high-level system design. For any issues raised, the support team log and review, with support from the delivery team where needed.

We work with your team throughout the call resolution process to ensure that you always know the status of the call. Upon resolution, we update you on the cause of the issue, how it was resolved and any steps required to mitigate against recurrence.
