Devro and Lyons Davidson recognised as exceptional semi-finalists at 2021 Kofax Customer Excellence Awards
The 2021 Kofax Customer Excellence Awards have been announced. The awards showcase Kofax customers that drive innovation and showcase exceptional digital workflow transformation results. There were four award categories this year: Innovation Excellence, Changemakers, Lifetime Achievement, and Customer’s Choice.
Embrace Digital would like to congratulate all award winners and finalists on their achievements. The competition was notably high this year amongst the entries received from Kofax’s 25,000+ global customer base.
We would also like to convey special thanks and congratulations to two of our clients who were named as exceptional semi-finalists: Devro and Lyons Davidson Solicitors.
Devro were nominated in the Changemaker award category, for their Automated Accounts Payable program. The Changemaker award recognises customers who have delivered significant changes that transform businesses and lives.
As a global manufacturer, Devro wanted to gain overall visibility of Accounts Payable operations across its international sites, standardise processes, and increase the quality of management information. Embrace Digital deployed Kofax AP Agility to provide a compliant, standardised, and efficient process for the AP Shared Service.
Lyons Davidson Solicitors were recognised in the Lifetime Achievement award category, which honours long time Kofax customers whose automation programs have delivered consistent results over time.
Lyons Davidson Solicitors is a full-service legal practice operating throughout the UK, providing services to businesses, individuals, and the insurance industry. In 2009, Lyons Davidson recognised the need to adopt a more efficient and secure process for inbound document handling. Working with the team that is now at Embrace Digital, Lyons Davidson implemented a digital mailroom solution to automate the transfer of inbound documents direct to case handlers. Over time, further automation has been added to manage increasing volumes when processing projects for third parties, including the ability to import and classify inbound documents sent via email, thus creating an efficient and consistent process.
