Seamless set up of data capture from forms, ABBYY FlexiCapture allows the processing of incoming documents in a streamlined and efficient manner by classifying the form types on receipt and going on to perform data capture as required for that document type. Documents can be scanned and ingested or for documents already in electronic form, ingested directly via Hot Folder or e-mail.
Where data validation or correction is needed, a user intuitive web-interface is available for users to review the content and make simple changes before releasing images and content to line of business applications.
With a wide range of standard export connectors or the ability to customise as required, getting documents and data to the relevant line of business application is straightforward.

With the ability for non-technical team members to onboard ABBYY Vantage projects, a bank of ‘pre-trained’ skills allows for the software to review your documents and make skill suggestions for processing and output, either using a pre-built connector or developing your own via the Vantage REST API.
Inbuilt performance monitoring and continuous learning allows for ongoing surveillance of your deployments to keep system performance at its best levels.
